How do I become a member?

To become a member, you need to:
  • Visit and shop at selected Peter England exclusive stores for Rs.100 or above.
  • Fill up the registration form at the cash desk.
  • Provide your mobile number to the cashier. An instant confirmation SMS will be sent to your number indicating the completion of the registration process.

How does a mobile based loyalty program work?

We consider your mobile number as your unique identification which also serves as member ID. Upon completion of registration process, you will receive a confirmation message. As a Peter England Milestones member every time you shop with Peter England, just quote your registered mobile number at the cash desk. Post billing process you will receive instant SMS alert with your updated point status and purchase details.


All updates, coupons and offers will be communicated to you via SMS to your registered mobile number. Certain offer messages will also have a unique secure code embedded. To redeem those offers, you just need to show the SMS at the cash desk along with the unique secure code.


Point accumulation will also be governed by following rules:


  • All members will join the program as Classic Members. As your shopping frequency increases, you will be upgraded to the respective slabs accordingly.
  • In order to earn points in a slab, you need to satisfy both criterion mentioned for the slab. For example, if you shop twice with us after joining and your total purchase amount is Rs. 4000 for all 3 purchases then you get upgraded to the Silver slab.
  • All items which are part of a bill will be counted as one purchase. A purchase will only be valid only if you have paid by card/cash at the desk and received a physical invoice.
  • In case you make multiple bills on a single day then all such bills will be counted as one single purchase.
  • Each point is equal to one rupee.

How do I change my slab?

Based on unique program structure, as you shop more with us, you stand chance to gain higher number of points. And as soon as you meet criterion for higher slab post a purchase, you will migrate to next slab in the system and from the subsequent purchase onwards you will start collecting higher percentage of points on your bills/purchases.


What will happen to my points if I don't shop for a long period of time?


In case you don't shop with us for 365 days at stretch, then you will be graded to the slab below your existing slab


We will also review the slabs at the end of every year from the day of your joining and issue a mobile coupon equivalent to your point balance to you, which will be valid for 90 days.


For how long I will remain part of a slab?

You will start by default as a Classic Member and based on your shopping frequency and lifetime purchase value, you will be allotted a slab. After yearly review, you will continue in the same slab till the following yearly review but your points will be sent to you as a mobile coupon. For example, if you are in the Platinum slab then after the yearly review you will remain in the slab and continue collecting 10% points on each purchase.

What if I change my mobile number?

Kindly inform our staff at the cash desk about the same. You will also need to present your photo ID (no copy required by us). The cash desk will accept your request for a change of number and you will receive a verification call, after which the change will be effected in our system.

What is the validity of accumulated Peter England Milestone Points?

One year from the date of registration of the program. After 365 days your points will be reviewed and you will be issued a mobile coupon, which is valid for the subsequent 90 days.

Do I earn points on credit notes and redemption of gift vouchers?

No. Rewards can be earned only on the net bill amount paid by you via cash/card. In case of use of credit notes you would have earned rewards during your initial purchase.

How do I know about the points I have earned?

After every purchase you make, the mobile number registered will receive an alert via SMS.

When & how do I redeem my points?

You can redeem points right from your second purchase with Peter England. Reward Points can be redeemed on informing the staff at the cashier desk who will send a redemption request on your behalf to our server, which will issue a validation code via SMS to you. The SMS containing this unique code will be sent to your registered mobile number, you need to show this code to redeem the points. The redemption code will be valid only for 60 minutes after the issue. In case you are unable to redeem due to some reason then a fresh request will have to be placed with store staff for redemption.

What happens to my points when I return or exchange merchandise I have bought?

Your points on that purchase will remain in your account. If you are paying additional money via card/cash, then points against additional paid amount will be credited into your account.

Can I redeem my points during End of Season Sale or when any other promotional offers are being run at the stores?

Yes, you can redeem the Milestone points during End of Season Sale or whenever any other promotional offers are on.

Will I earn points on End of Season Sale or any other promotional offers?

You cannot earn Milestone points during End of Season Sale or other promotional offers. You will earn points only against merchandise bought at full MRP without any discount, gift, freebies, etc..

How can I unsubscribe or de-register from the program?

You simply need to make a request at the Peter England cash desk. You will be able to choose whether you want to opt out of only the Milestones loyalty program or also opt out of receiving updates. For the balance of points you possess, you will be issued an M coupon equivalent to your point balance with 90 days validity.
